Connect your Quest headset to your computer using a USB cable.
- Make sure your Quest is turned on, connected, and in developer mode
- Click the button below
- Select your Quest from the pop-up, then click connect

If your Quest doesn't show up, try a different USB cable or toggle Developer Mode off and
on again.
Click
Allow on your Quest headset to continue.
Put on your headset and look for the prompt asking you to allow USB debugging. Click Allow, then check back here.
If you cancelled the prompt, click here to try again.

Close any other apps or tabs using ADB, then try again.

Developer Hub, other tabs)
If you have previously opened ADB from a terminal, run adb kill-server
.
Sometimes it helps to unplug and replug the USB cable, or to restart your PC.
